In this program I will show you how to live a lifestyle where you can live pain and medication free, be more active, live longer without having to restrict yourself and do strenuous workouts.

For the next 90 days we’re going to show you how to get your body working for you. We’re going to help increase your overall health and do away with the medication, and detox your body.

A custom meal plan and low impact workout plan is created based on the goals that are set in your initial consultation. Changes and updates are made weekly as more data is received from following the plan set. We monitor your progress closely and provide the guidance needed in order to remain progressive in your health goals.

Program

We have mastered this and determined the cheat code to take your body from an insulin generating organism to a fat burning machine. The program we put together will make you HEALTHIER, we will provide your body nutrients and not chemicals. We will give your body what it needs to thrive and we will no longer create counter productive habits when it comes to our health. 

Community

This is as important as the coach and program put together. If you are an introvert or an extrovert you need community. You need to see the wins of your peers and the challenges that you envision that you had alone. More importantly, sharing your story and your ups and downs and allowing the community to support you in ways someone not on the same journey with you could. We’ve created a thriving community that understands where you are and desire to champion you.

I am Rochelle T Parks, your “Health Motivator. I have made it my purpose to prevent people who live with preventive chronic illness from losing their life sooner than they have to. As a 30 year army veteran, taking care of your physical body came with the territory. But in 2009, pregnant with my youngest daughter, I read a book that changed my life and that is the day my journey to my nutritional wisdom began. I took trash bags of food out of my house and told my family, ‘Today, we start over.”

Within weeks, my daughter's eczema cleared, my husband’s blood pressure improved, we began to lose weight and before I retired in 2018 I scored the highest score in DC National Guard History. This sequence of events taught me when you give your body what it needs to thrive it will!

Since retiring from the military I have helped over 10,000 people change their life through my custom programs. 

I lost my parents and my three brothers through health related issues. I refuse to lose any more people who have the desire to live.
